Launch Service Customers – Book your launches online!
Our online launch booking service is now up and running!
We hope to reduce the volume of phone calls to ensure our team are able to get you on the water nice and quickly with our online launch booking system!
If you are a current launch service customer you should have recieved an email with your customer ID and a link to the booking site. if you have not recieved this just give us a message – we may have an old or incorrect email address for you!
Once booked online, your launch immediatly shows on our boatyard management system and you will recieve a confirmation email shortly after.
You can book launches up to the day of launching so our team can plan their day. If you do need to book on the day of launch just give us a call and we will see where we can squeeze you in!

Booking a Launch
When?
Guarantee your launch by booking at least the day before
We will of course go above and beyond if you turn up on the day but cannot guarantee a launch slot.
How?
Our new online booking form is quick and easy to use
You can also give us a quick call to book in, although our team are busy and online booking is the preferred option
Please only call between 09:00 – 16:00 unless urgent
Messages are picked up regularly
On Return?
If you know when you will be finished with your boat, please specify this when booking your launch online
You can also chat to one of our team, however please let us know either way.
We may find it mutually benificial for you to stay on the pontoon or mooring if using the boat over consecutive days
